Good morning!
I have praises to offer today. Our son Daniel is doing very, very well on his medication, Depakote. We are beginning to see the boy. What I mean to say is he begins to enjoy life again. He is anxious to do his Bible memorization, school work and willingly has done his chores for a couple of days in a row. This is unprecedented in his life. He is smiling and enjoying life. I haven’t seen any seizures in many days. This is a huge praise.
Noah is diligently working on his studies this morning as he is going to a friend’s house to play for the day. He has been doing his Bible study regularly, AWANA memorization…it is so good to see him growing. He and I played a long, long game of Monopoly yesterday while the kids slept and Danny was at a friend’s house. We had so much fun. Need to do that more often.
Ella is absolutely transfixed by her Olivia books. Ever read them? Oh my, they are funny books. Falconer (the author) just has this beautiful sense of humor. Love it. Olivia and Ella are two peas in a pod. She is still having staring episodes but her meds are not regulated yet so we remain hopeful.
My 4 yo, Luke, is a boy filled with fears and anxieties. I wonder if he sees all the chaos surrounding him and wonders if it will harm him. We pray over him so much. Ironically, he is the funniest kid I’ve ever met. The things that come out of his mouth stun us. He has humor that is beyond his age. The two littles are taking a class at the YMCA on Thursdays…gymnastics. So far, they have enjoyed it quite a bit.
The YMCA has been a huge blessing to us. The Homeschool gym and swim has been wonderful for Danny and Noah.
Okay, I have to go…I’ll pick up later. God’s blessings to you and your family!
