Listen and sing..don’t be afraid of the guitar and drums in the beginning..:)
I have truth to pour over you this morning! You need it. I’m just gonna tell ya. You need it. You listened to the song, right? I had a bad night last night of fear. Joshua didn’t sleep well and had some strange stuff happen in the night and sleep..non existent at times. I woke up this morning so anxious to hear from the Lord! I needed Him more than anything. You ever feel that way? You will if you search His Word and start your day waiting to hear from Him. Hear His truth!
1GOD IS [already] beginning to arise, and His enemies to scatter; let them also who hate Him flee before Him!
2As smoke is driven away, so drive them away; as wax melts before the fire, so let the wicked perish before the presence of God.
3But let the [uncompromisingly] righteous be glad; let them be in high spirits and glory before God, yes, let them [jubilantly] rejoice!
4Sing to God, sing praises to His name, cast up a highway for Him Who rides through the deserts–His name is the Lord–be in high spirits and glory before Him!
5A father of the fatherless and a judge and protector of the widows is God in His holy habitation.
6God places the solitary in families and gives the desolate a home in which to dwell; He leads the prisoners out to prosperity; but the rebellious dwell in a parched land.
7O God, when You went forth before Your people, when You marched through the wilderness–Selah [pause, and calmly think of that]!–
Now you must listen to this and..Sing, Sing, Sing!
Here is the word the Lord gave me. Oh Lord I thank you for YOUR Word. May I run to YOUR word faster and quicker. Save us, o Lord. Save us to YOUR glory.
Psalm 68 (more..)
19Blessed be the Lord, Who bears our burdens and carries us day by day, even the God Who is our salvation! Selah [pause, and calmly think of that]!
20God is to us a God of deliverances and salvation; and to God the Lord belongs escape from death [setting us free].
Who else needed to hear that? He bears our burdens, friends. We are NEVER alone. He carries us. So salvation, have we talked about that word? I LOVE THIS WORD. Ok, sorry, using a lot of caps today..;)
Salvation:Here’s the Hebrew word: yĕshuw`ah
1) salvation, deliverance
a) welfare, prosperity
b) deliverance
c) salvation (by God)
d) victory
Deliverance. He is our Deliverer. Don’t box God into your plans. Don’t make your mind up that He has to answer your prayers in a certain way. He has better plans. Higher! Mightier!
And today, I needed to hear this. How about you?
Pray on, friends. Pray on!
